Congrats to our dear friends!! Two new engagements took place this place week! Husbands high school friend "R" proposed to "M" at skyline drive in Northern Virginia. My high school friend "R" also proposed to his girl "D" last weekend at church in LA. Both stories are incredible!! Congrats to you all!!! Marriage is the best!!

That's right.. my Dad loves goats!! Who knew? Today we went to a very cute little petting zoo/play area/ mining zone/fishing area. My mom, dad, brother, husband, our niece, nephew and myself all attended the petting zoo date. It was a lot of fun... especially for Dad who Loved the Goats. Every time I looked over, he was feeding some new ones, or stretching tree branches down so that the Goats could eat the leaves (seriously happened, but it was very cute). He even bought this little baby bottle to hand feed the little ones, check it out!! It was a great day, we then had a pizza lunch at our house! Thanks fam!

We were lucky enough to stay on the San Destin resort, here is a tour of an area known as "The Village" at the resort. Nothing is open at the time of this video b/c husband and I wake up at 6 AM when we are close to the beach.

So I am not sure If I have informed all of you about the grad school program that I am in. On most days.. I am not a fan of it... and it completely stresses me out. They have more rules than a police academy. If you get lower than an 83% test average or lower than an 83% in the class you automactically fail. I mean totally fail, to break it down, a B-=an F. If you fail one class, it sets you back one year. Nothing like a little stress. Since the start of our program we have had mutiple people fail and our class size continues to dwindle. We now stand at 11 of us who are set to graduate in December. This past week was finals week, I basically hibernated at the library, our office, or barnes and noble and I was no fun. I am always scared about the possiblity of getting lower than an 83% and being failed. So with the biggest smile on my face... I proudly annouce that I passed, I passed advanced pharmacology, primary care of adults, and research. I am done with those crazy classes and ready to be on the beach in Florida next week!! I feel alive again.. and it is such a sweet relief!!!!! Woo hoo!!!

The moment I saw our house... I loved it!! It really feels like a "Home." Lately we decided to do/plan some home remodeling projects. Truthfully I just plan, pick out frames, color, tile, stuff like that and Husband does the true hard work. We are pretty proud on our little art project we created in our entryway, check it out!!!

Our little niece "C" turned the big "2" about a week ago. We had a little family Bday party for her and her are some cute pics of her. These are all the pictures prior to the dress coming off!! I love 2 year olds and I love C!! Grandma Fran was there in full effect, she kept me laughing.
Friends are truly a blessing!! During my college days,I was lucky enough to meet some great gals!! The group of SMSU graduates have now started meeting once a month for a girls only, dinner and drinks evening. This month, "K" hosted the event and even invited our dogs along to play in the backyard. Here is a picture of "K's" such cute beverage presenation!! I loved the Watermelon juice,so good!! Can't wait to see you all for Mexican night!!
My good friend "M" happened to be in town for a Nursing Seminar and gave me a ring. We were able to meet up and do a little shopping. Several years ago,"M" and I embarked on such an exciting journey together. We decided to take up travel nursing and headed to LA, after staying there for several months we then headed to coastal South Carolina for over 1 year, we had an absolute blast. "M" andy is now Married, a mother of three and lives several hours away. She is such a great girl and a dear friend.
